To avoid this, the network extension should be disabled. This will not allow to isolate the endpoint, or run the latest version of Host Firewall. ### CPATR-15777 (MacOS) In certain cases, a combination of firmware and software cause networking issues when the Cortex XDR network extension runs with packet filters. In this case, the packet filter is partially disabled, causing some limitations in the Host Firewall and Network Isolation features. ### CTNGTR-5127 (Windows) \*This issue is fixed with PTU 196-69724 and later Sometimes 32bit applications running on Windows 7 endpoints could halt due to a misconfiguration in Shellcode detection for BTP. ### CPATR-12475 (Windows) Due to operating system settings, agents running on Windows 10 multi-session in an Azure-based virtual environment appear in Cortex XDR as running on a Windows Sever. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
