## Impact

This rule is checking to ensure that auto minor version upgrades are enabled for ElastiCache for Redis cache clusters on AWS. Enabling auto minor version upgrades is important for maintaining the latest security patches and updates, thus preventing potential vulnerabilities. If auto minor version upgrades are not enabled, the cache clusters could be exposed to security risks, performance issues, and might lack new features. Therefore, not turning on auto minor version upgrades is considered a bad practice in terms of security and operational efficiency.
