## Impact

This rule checks that the Azure Container Registry (ACR) has HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) enabled for its webhook. Without HTTPS, the data could potentially be intercepted and exploited by malicious actors, leading to sensitive information leaks or breaches.
