While actions are issue-specific, they sync automatically to the Resolution Center for the linked case. You can run actions in the **Resolution** tab for a specific issue, or use the case **Resolution Center** to apply resolutions to multiple issues. The options available in the **Resolution** tab vary depending on the product and the specific type of issue identified. * **View and run playbooks:** You can view and run recommended playbooks to help remediate an issue. In addition, you can see pending playbook tasks that require manual intervention. Click a task to open the workplan displaying the full playbook. * **Review agent actions:** When an issue triggers an automation rule, the rule runs an agent that performs actions using a built-in prompt. For these agent actions, you can view the entire conversation, which shows actions that are currently in progress, pending, or done. * **Approve sensitive agent actions:** If an action is marked as sensitive, your approval is required before it proceeds.
