Change the Port for Host to Main Communication

Set a custom host-to-main communication port in a Cortex XSOAR 6.14 multi-tenant deployment.

In some cases, a host in an external network might not be able to connect to the main account via the default port, due to security restrictions. You can add a server configuration to open a custom port. The server configuration must be added on the main account.

1. In the main account, go to Settings → ABOUT → Troubleshooting.
2. In the Server Configuration section click Add Server Configuration.

   Key	Value

3. Restart the server.

   For a high availability deployment, restart all main servers.
