Standalone question with a multi-select answer

In this example, we created a standalone question with a multi-select answer. This question is not mandatory. If you select First option is default, reply option 0 becomes the default value in the answer field.

Field-based using a custom field

In this example, we created a mandatory question based on a custom Grid field. The question includes a descriptive sentence that explains how to complete the grid.
