Customize an Ask Task

Customize the HTML and CSS template used for Ask task messages in Cortex XSOAR 6x.

You can customize the message HTML and CSS for a data collection task.

1. Go to Settings → About → Troubleshooting → Server Configuration.
2. Add the messages.html.formats.externalAskSubmit key.
3. Set its value to the following template. Modify the HTML and CSS as needed.
